What we collect

When you create a LicensePrep account, we collect your email address and name through our authentication provider (Clerk). When you use the app, we store your quiz progress, answers, and subscription status.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide the LicensePrep service: delivering practice questions, tracking your progress, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@licenseprep.org.
